The privacy policy of Takubo Engineering is as follows.

1. Takubo Engineering recognizes the importance of protecting our customers' personal information, and we make every effort to safeguard this information and to comply with relevant Japanese laws and other standards.
2. Takubo Engineering pledges to properly handle customers' personal information within the scope of the following purposes.
   1. Confirmation of information on the user site as part of the receiving of inquiries from customers, response to such inquiries, and the provision of Web content with different interfaces for individual customers
   2. Notification by means such as postal mail, telephone, and e-mail of products and services offered by Takubo Engineering, related events, etc.
   3. Confirmation of information by a system administration contracting company for the purpose of administering the Web system (operation support and fault recovery)
3. Takubo Engineering will not supply customers' personal information to third parties unless there is a legitimate reason to do so. Note that such information may be supplied to subcontractors to the extent necessary to accomplish the purposes listed above.
4. Should a customer wish to confirm or make corrections to his or her personal information, Takubo Engineering will quickly accommodate, to the extent deemed reasonable, requests for such confirmation or correction that are submitted to the service contact listed below. Note that release of personal information is subject to a handling fee of ¥1,000 per item.
